If you return the item to the store of purchase within 7 days, we will give you 70% store credit or 60% cash back on that item.
Item must be returned in excellent condition. It's our alternative to renting - if you love the game, dvd or CD, you keep it! And if you've played it out, you can trade it in. No need to pay full price.
As part of our customer service, we also offer a reserve system for incoming items. If you can't find an item, we will try to find it for you.
